We offer a range of UK delivery options:
Collect from Simon Milne Jewellers in Rye - Free
Due to the varying item type and value our shipping rates vary for different items to ensure they are covered when posted to you.
Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you.
Simon Milne Jewellers Ltd cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:
A change of delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.
COLLECTION FROM SIMON MILNE JEWELLERS
Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.
Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.
Orders will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to the Simon Milne warehouse and a refund processed.
